Delivery coverage
We use Royal Mail as our courier for our parcels. Our parcels can only be delivered to delivery addresses in the United Kingdom accepted by Royal Mail.
Delivery and contact details
It is important your delivery address and contact details are correct when ordering. Epic Bakes Ltd cannot be held responsible for any delivery impacts arising from inaccurate information provided by you.
Please check your order confirmation email to make sure all details are correct and notify us by emailing hello@epicbakes.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Please note once your order is placed we cannot guarantee we can change the delivery address or contact details.
Courier service
We ship all postal orders using Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service. Royal Mail state that this service is a "next day delivery aim" which means that delivery next day is not guaranteed. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail.
We will provide you with Royal Mail tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of this tracking information.
If your parcel has not arrived when expected, please wait 7 working days after dispatch date before contacting us. In accordance with Royal Mail's Terms of Service, we can only make claims for lost, delayed or missing parcels 7 workings days after the parcel has been dispatched.
We cannot be held responsible for the condition of the product or packaging once the parcel is accepted by the courier service.
Receiving your parcel
Most parcels will be either a 'Small' or 'Medium' parcel size as per the Royal Mail definitions. This means that your order is unlikely to fit through your letterbox.
Use the tracking link to provide delivery instructions to Royal Mail if no one will be at the delivery address to accept the delivery. Epic Bakes Ltd is not responsible for the safe delivery of the parcel.
Conditions out of our control
We ensure that all orders meet our high quality and presentation standards. However once the parcel is accepted by the courier, the condition of the packaging and item is no longer in our control for which we cannot be held responsible for.
Weather conditions can also affect the goods during transit. Chocolate and fillings can soften or melt in warm temperatures which can affect the appearance of the product. We cannot be held responsible for this. Please do not order if you are not happy to accept these terms.
