Refund policy
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns and refunds on our baked products as they are considered perishable items. Perishable items are exempt from consumer cancellation rights.
However, if your goods are incorrect, damaged or not as described, please contact us to explain the issue immediately upon receipt of the goods on hello@epicbakes.com. We will work to resolve the problem and may ask you to send photographs or return the goods to us, which may be at your cost.
If you place an order for collection and are unable to agree a collection date with you within 24 hours, we will cancel your order and refund your original payment method.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
