We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 service for our postal range.

Select your Thursday dispatch day when ordering. Cut off for dispatch is 5pm on Wednesdays.

Whilst not guaranteed next day delivery, most orders will arrive on Friday. Tracking information will be shared with you once available. See Shipping Policy for further details.

No problem! Select your preferred Thursday dispatch day on the relevant product page. Dates are available for 60 days ahead, note that some dates may be blacked out and not available, so please check.

All other items on the website are for collection only.

Collections are made from Epic Bakes, Sylverton, Pendicke Street, Southam, Warwickshire, CV47 1PF.

Please request your desired Thursday or Friday collection date in the cart page notes box when placing an order, or message us before ordering on hello@epicbakes.com to check availability.

The requested collection date must give at least 1 full week's notice, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Collections can generally be made between 9am and 6pm on a Thursday or Friday.
