Do you deliver to my area?


Epic Bakes is a small start-up business. We are therefore currently limiting our delivery service to Southam (Warwickshire) and surrounding areas. Please see 'Delivery and collection' page for more details.


When will my order be delivered?


We deliver twice a week. Your delivery day depends on when you place your order. Orders placed by 10pm on Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday. Orders placed by 10pm Wednesday will be delivered on Friday. See 'Delivery and collection' page for more details.


I have questions, how do I get in contact with you?


Either fill out the form on 'Contact Us' page or email us at hello@epicbakes.com and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.


What is your returns policy?


Baked goods are perishable and therefore exempt from consumer cancellation rights. See our Terms and Conditions for more information. However if your goods are incorrect, damaged or not as described, please contact us to explain the issue as soon as possible on hello@epicbakes.com. We will work to resolve the problem and may ask you to send photographs or return the goods to us.


Do you accept cash?


Although we are charged as a business for card transactions, we can only accept online orders paid by card in advance. Please reach out if this is an issue and we may be able to help.


Do you cater for vegans or for those with allergies/intolerances?


Yes! We offer a selection of brownies, blondies and dips gluten free as standard. We also have a vegan option available and hope to expand this range in future. Please see our 'Allergens' page for more info on how we manage the 14 key allergens in our business.
