Delivery and collection information

Please read the sections below carefully before ordering.

Delivery info

At the moment, we can only offer delivery to the locations inside the red polygon area shown on the map. Any orders placed for delivery outside of these areas will be cancelled.


Delivery is FREE for orders over £20 (after any discounts/offers). For orders below £20, a £5 delivery charge will be added at checkout.


There will be TWO DELIVERIES PER WEEK, every Tuesday and Friday.


Order by 10pm Sunday for delivery on Tuesday.


Order by 10pm Wednesday for delivery on Friday.


We will confirm delivery day in your order confirmation email.


On your delivery day, we'll deliver to the address provided between 9am - 6pm, but usually this will be around lunchtime. If no one is in to accept the delivery, we will leave it in a suitable location (e.g. by front door) or with a neighbour.


If there are any problems with the delivery, let us know ASAP.

Collection info

At checkout, you can choose to collect your order for free from Southam, with no minimum order value.

Collection days are Tuesday and Friday mornings. Drop us a message if you'd like to arrange a collection outside of these times and we will try to accommodate the request.
