Allergen and storage information

Epic Bakes Ltd prepares various baked goods in an environment where ingredients containing many of the major allergens are handled. Whilst we do our best to avoid and minimise the risk of cross contamination, this cannot be guaranteed and therefore products served may contain traces of these ingredients. 

All our products are freshly made and are therefore best if eaten within a few days of delivery or collection. With the exception of the rich choc and white choc dipping sauces, all products should be kept in an airtight container at room temperature. Rich choc and white choc dipping sauces should be kept refrigerated and used within 2 days of delivery or collection.
